DELIVERY & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – RETURN PORTAL

Cf. According to the Purchase Act, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you have purchased an item. This means that when you have received an item, you can return the item to us within 14 days and get the money back.

Your cancellation period only starts when you have received the item, e.g. when it has been placed in your mailbox or delivered to your workplace. If the item has been placed in a packing box or in a store where you must collect it, the cancellation period only starts when you have collected it from the packing box/store.

HOW TO CANCEL A PURCHASE

If you have regretted your purchase, the unwanted item(s) must be sent with delivery to our address:

You decide which delivery method you choose, as long as the package is delivered to our address - i.e. not in a parcel shop or the like. Eq.

CONDITIONS

In order to make use of the cancellation period, it is required that the item be returned in the same condition and quantity as it was received. That is unused, with hangtag and in the same packaging. For example, if you have bought a two-part set that includes a belt, all parts must be returned. As the clothes must be able to be sold again, they must not smell of e.g. perfume, so try the clothes on when you are not wearing perfume.

If the returned goods do not meet the conditions, you will be contacted by us by email or telephone in order to arrange for the package to be sent back to you.

REFUND

Reimbursement of the purchase amount takes place as soon as possible, after we have received the item back and checked that it meets the conditions for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, but within 30 days at the latest. We return the money to the card you used for the purchase.

If you have got a new card in the meantime, please contact customer service before returning an item, so that we can get your account information instead.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS

When returning, the money is always returned to the card used for the purchase, If your card has been changed since you shopped with us, please contact customer service to have your information changed.

If you therefore want to exchange for another item, please return the item you want exchanged and then place a new order for the new item you want.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS

According to section 22 of the Consumer Contracts Act, subsection 1, all amounts incl. any delivery costs incurred when you as a consumer make use of the right of withdrawal. In order to be reimbursed for delivery costs incurred, the entire purchase must be cancelled.

You MUST send the return package to Bukseoutlet.dk Storegade 35, 6430 Nordborg. If it is sent to someone other than our address, we will refuse receipt and the item will be returned to you.
